Ace Combat Infinity has no plans at this moment to be ported to any console not owned by PlayStation. As the last reply above this stated, Bandai Namco worked in collaboration with Sony PlayStation to integrate the PlayStation Network features into all of their free-to-play games. The F2P Tekken, SOULCALIBUR, and Ace Combat games are all PS3-exclusive thanks to Sony's assistance. This includes the use of fuel and downloadable content.
However, it has already been stated (even by Kazutoki Kono) that it is not impossible to port Infinity to the PlayStation 4. Additionally, an Ace Combat game on the PlayStation Vita (known for its selection of Japanese titles) has also been mentioned before by Kono and other Project Aces staff as a possibility in the future.
Will there be some kind of announcement for the series' future in 2015? I would think so; every year since 2010 has featured some kind of announcement for the series, from Assault Horizon to AC3D to Assault Horizon on the PC to Infinity and its big teaser campaign and finally with the re-release of AC3D. Not to mention this year is the 20th anniversary of console Ace Combat games. Yeah, I do think we've got something to look forward to. As for what exactly it might be, no idea. Although I would believe that we'd be getting a PS4 (and maybe Xbox One and Steam) non-F2P sequel to Infinity and its story campaign.
