Was wondering why it took 5 minutes just too update my information after completing a challenge, makes sense now.
Me almost 15 mins , and after 15 mins for enter on a room and play .
The problem happens for EVERY "data update": which means after completing a mission, obtaining a reward for a completed challenge, saving a loadout and so on...
Hopefully it doesn't stop me from getting top 1000th, like when PSN crashed and stopped me from getting top 200th in "The Unsung War" tourney.

I have just tried loading Soul Calibur, and it was running smoothly. Unlike Ace Combat.
