very sorry, but that's again conjecture. based on a assumption, that all aircraft in this game must conform to a need that the stats should make them worthy of the cost. (admittedly that would be a fair wish.)
but the developers choice to make certain aircraft unreasonably expensive fly's in the face of that view.
so why have they set these high prices, WHY? personally i think its the 'need for a final goal.'
all of us as players need to be invested in the game, a reason to come back to it each day. If these aircraft were in the 3 to 4x price range, you will agree i hope, that its likely we would have them all by now. What then?
we are the dogs that chased and caught the car. winners. we have finished....
and that is the last thing the developers want us to feel, we might not even realize it but the are huge emotional rewards in gunning for the top and staying there. Its the journey, not the destination we crave, another view that follows this and is important with a game like ACI, where additions are made each week, that we the player base cant keep up! and thus the game continues to string us along (somewhat unfairly, i grant you). it is likely that the cost will be finally lowered only when the developers feel the is enough extra content to make these latest aircraft less attractive as a final prize.
again these are my personal thoughts and i have no solid evidence. however outside of a personal view of fair play on your part. i have yet to see or hear any facts, notifications or announcements from PA or the publishers to denounce it.
So my question stands, can you give me clear, frank evidence as to why you think this is a bug or codeing error on the developers part?
