Neither if they were to have to go up against real world enemies. Regardless of their attributes none of those aircraft would be able to defeat a modern threat like the US and Russia by themselves. Even if you replaced every aircraft in today's arsenals with both of these planes they would still have real world issues that would make them a hindrance more than assets.
Issue 1 range. Range is not something we need to consider in Ace combat because there is no fuel. But both of these planes would have extremely short flight times, even with major advancements to jet engine technology in consideration. You do need long range high capacity bombers to destroy high valued targets. And fighter/multi-role aircraft can't carry the fuel needed to get there and back without putting other assets in harms way.
Issue 2 speed. Event though these craft are fast they aren't fast enough to escape Russian S-400/500 SAM's and certainly not US solid state lasers or rail-guns. Furthermore because they are indeed faster than 5 gen aircraft. They are inherently 'hotter' as well meaning that they are also less stealthy and will be detectable via infrared search and track. Russian and US are both using Low frequency radars in combination with Infrared search and tracking systems in their next gen Anti Air missile defense systems. Which basically means they can't even attack without being susceptible to enemy counter measures.
Issue 3 payload. Neither of these aircraft have the ability to carry deep penetrating bunker buster type weaponry. Due to their size and stealthy nature neither can carry large enough bombs to disable a countries military. With most military's building bases thousands of feet under ground. Not even nuclear glide bombs available to the F22 and B 2 can defeat even a country like North Korea today because of how deep the bases are.
With that in mind. If all these issues were over come and the aircraft were all perfect. It would probably be the QFA-44 it would be more reusable that the Falken. Keep in mind the FALKEN would need extremely expensive maintenance. Due to its composite materials and High capacity solid state laser. It would need a absolutely physics breaking energy source and to fire a laser with that capacity more than once and still have fuel to keep flying would be a technological marvel. Falken would still only be useful against surface targets. Meanwhile the QFA-44 could easily be outfitted for more complicated roles.
