The 3rd Osean Naval Fleet is a fleet in the Osean national naval fleet of Osean Maritime Defense Force (OMDF) which had taken part of two infamous wars, the Belkan War and Circum-Pacific War. It is under directing of the Osean Pacific Ocean Fleet. Its headquarter is established at Port St. Hewlett and it is generally operated over the Ceres Ocean range, where most of emerging tensions were taking place. One of the vessel among the fleet is OFS Kestrel, which is the flagship of 3rd Naval Fleet. It is able to mobilize more than 270 combat aircraft and almost 60,000 sailors and marine troops.

1995 - Belkan War

During the Belkan War, The 3rd Naval Fleet was involved in conflict. On April 24th 1995, 3rd Fleet participated Operation Costner, the battle of Offensive Campaign no. 4101. Under Ustio 6th Air Division backup, its flagship, Kestrel, under the Command of Cdr. Weeker, successfully maneuvered through Futuro Canal while losing some of its fleet vessels during the battle. The 3rd Fleet then headed to the Osean Great Lakes to provide air support for the remainder of the conflict.

2010 - Circum-Pacific War

The 3rd Fleet took part in the battles of the Circum-Pacific War. During the war, it accommodated the 206th Air Wing, "Sea Goblin" Helicopter Squadron, and later the Razgriz Air Command Squadron before the end of war.

Early, it was attacked by the Yuktobanian Maritime Force in a surprise attack at its HQ in Port St. Hewlett where the fleet was stationed. Air support was called and the fleet remained unharmed as it broke through to open waters. Soon after that, all three saved aircraft carriers (Kestrel, Vulture, and Buzzard) were planned to rendezvous to Eaglin Straits. The Yuktobanian Air Force attempted to destroy the three carriers, but they were thwarted by planes from the three carriers and the 108th TFS, "Wardog". Kestrel, managed to escape from the danger, however other carriers, Buzzard and Vulture were destroyed by powerful burst missiles fired from the underwater carrier, Scinfaxi. Having difficult situation, Admiral Andersen decided to station at Kirwin Island for preparing the next mission. Its pilots continued to sortie until they were all shot down and KIA, except Capt. Snow. After the pilots of the 108th were accused of treason and fled from Sand Island, it was Capt. Snow who was credited with their deaths. Afterwards, they were the home base for the Ghosts of Razgriz Air Command Squadron. This squadron participated in the rescue of Osean President Vincent Harling, the dismantling of a Yuktobanian nuke, the surveillance and destruction of the Mt. Schrim Armory, as well as the rescue of Prime Minister Nikanor of Yuktobania. During this time, the carrier operated as flagship of a small fleet consisting of itself, the surveillance vessel Andromeda, and several cruisers. The fleet apparently also had access to a small airfield.

It's final combat action was against a fleet of Yuktobanian ships and another Osean carrier group in a three way battle. after defeating these forces and joining up with three Yuktobanian defectors. It was then sunk by several sub launched cruise missiles on December 30th 2010, but not before launching the Razgriz into the air on their final mission. Admiral Andersen then tranfered his flag to the Andromeda, where he and Col. Peter Beagle monitored the final Battle of Sudentor.
