XAGM icon
The Advanced Air-to-Ground Missile' (XAGM) is an special multi-lock weapon of the Ace Combat series. Capable of locking onto four targets at once, it is extremely effective against multiple targets. The XAGM is based off the AGM-65 Maverick ASM (Air to Surface Missile), AS-30 for NATO aircraft, and the Kh-29/AS-14 'Kedge for Russian aircraft.
Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies
The XAGM debuted first in AC04. It's aircraft selection is limited compared to later games.

The XAGM sees a further expansion of aircraft that can use the weapon. Other than that, its performance is relatively the same.

In this iteration, the XAGM is renamed the 4AGM (4-Target Multi Lock-on Air-to-Ground Missile). The weapon performance still remains the same.
