The main AWACS in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. He provided support and assitance to the Galm team throughout the entire Belkan War. He seems to have great faith in the Galm Team's capabilities as pilots, despite having doubts in them at first. What happened to him after the war is unknown, some thought that he is still serving in the Ustian Air Force.
