He is the main AWACS in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. As part of UAF 6th Air Division, he provided support and assistance to the Galm team throughout the entire Belkan War. He seems to have great faith in the Galm Team's capabilities as pilots, despite having doubts in them at first. What happened to him after the war is unknown, some think that he is still serving in the Ustian Air Force.
