Major Allen C. Hamilton (アレンC.ハミルトン Aren C. Hamiruton) was the Adjutant Base Commander of the Sand Island Air Force Base, as well as a member of the 596th Fighter Squadron. He was typically cool in demeanor, and rarely associated with the airmen stationed at the base.
After he was convinced that the members of Wardog Squadron were traitors, his attitude towards them changed completely. He participated in the Battle of Sudentor, paying special attention to shooting down the "Ghosts of Razgriz", even going so far as to chase them inside the tunnel between North and South Belka. This chase ultimately led to his death.

In September 2010, Hamilton retrieved Albert Genette's camera and photographs after they were confiscated by base security, and was the first to inform Genette of Yuktobania's declaration of war against Osea. The next day, he "pulled a few strings" and assigned Genette to the Osean press corps.
