Hamilton was once assigned to the 8492nd Squadron, a sleeper Grey Men unit within the OADF. At some point, he became the Adjutant Base Commander of Sand Island AFB.
Before the Circum-Pacific War
Allen Hamilton was born somewhere in North Osea, in the region of South Belka during 1982 that was under Belkan rule.

  +
In September 2010, Hamilton retrieved Albert Genette's camera and photographs after they were confiscated by base security, and was the first to inform Genette of Yuktobania's declaration of war against Osea. The next day, he "pulled a few strings" and assigned Genette to the Osean press corps.
Circum-Pacific War
War Declaration
Hamilton was first seen in journalist Albert Genette's room at Sand Island, being informed of the recent Yuktobania's declaration of war. Genette, whose camera and photos had been confiscated by base security, and was subsequently barred from leaving the island, was thankful to Hamilton for arranging to have his camera returned to him, and noted the contrast in personality between him and the curmudgeonly Sand Island Base Commander Orson Perrault.

Wardog Plot
  +
A few weeks later, he warned Genette against taking video of Base Commander Colonel Orson Perrault following the detonation of a bomb aboard the Arkbird, due to Perrault's sour mood.
After the Operation Doodlebug, the 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Wardog" returned to Sand Island Air Force Base. It was then learned that Hamilton once assigned to the Grabacr Squadron and was in league with the Belkan Grey Men. Hamilton convinced the aforementioned Colonel Orson Perrault, the commander of the Sand Island AFB, that the Wardog pilots were traitors. It is known that Blaze, alongside Kei Nagase, knocked him out afterwards with a sharp blow to the face.

  +
After Wardog returned to Sand Island following the ambush at Vladimir, Hamilton convinced Colonel Perrault that Wardog's members were traitors, himself likely convinced by his former squadmates from the 8492nd Squadron. Kei Nagase, upon learning of his allegiance, knocked Hamilton out and escaped before he could apprehend her and Blaze. All of Wardog, alongside Pops, Genette, and Kirk, managed to escape Sand Island in Hawk training jets. Hamilton, having recovered, sent out a bulletin to all Osean aircraft ordering them to shoot down Wardog on sight. The 8492nd Squadron encountered them, and Hamilton gave them the order to shoot them down. Following the 8492nd's failure to track Wardog through the volcanic Solo Islands, Captain Marcus Snow, arriving from the OFS Kestrel, questioned the shoot-down order, and Hamilton reaffirmed it. Snow shot down all of the pilots, "confirming" them as KIA.
The base personnel were ordered to arrest the pilots on sight, but the Wardog Squadron managed to escape into the air with Hawk T.1 training jets alongside Wolfgang Buchner/Peter N. Beagle. Hamilton then ordered every allied aircraft in the area to shoot them down. The Belkan Grabacr Squadron pursued Wardog, but lost them in a volcanic island and disengaged. AWACS Thunderhead vectored Captain Marcus Snow (Callsign Swordsman) from the Naval Air Force onto their position. Captain Snow shot their planes down after signaling the pilots to eject, and after being confirmed that no survivors were found. The pilots were taken to Captain Andersen's aircraft carrier, OFS Kestrel, by the Sea Goblin rescue team and it was officially that they were confirmed as KIA.

Battle of Sudentor
  +
On December 30, Hamilton, flying a MiG-1.44, joined the militant Osean forces at Sudentor in a battle for the last Belkan tactical nuclear weapon. Upon discovering the Razgriz Squadron was in the airspace, he requested assistance to concentrate fire on them. When Razgriz entered the tunnel facility to destroy the Strategic Orbital Linear Gun's control cores, he followed and continued to fire upon them. He was hit by a ricocheting aircraft that had followed Jack Bartlett in from the other side, killing him instantly.
Hamilton was killed in action during the assault on the Grunder Industries tunnel storage, manufacturing and SOLG control system facility in the Battle of Sudentor, after he pursued Wardog into the underground tunnel. His aircraft, a MiG-1.44, was hit mistakenly by a Grey Men's Su-47 which was following Jack Bartlett.

*A common misconception is that Hamilton is of Belkan descent. In fact, certain lines during ACES indicate that he was of Osean nationality and quite patriotic towards the country, as were most Osean warmongers in that battle.
* An interesting fact about him is his origins. While some documents (probably falsified for facilitate his infiltration) officially show him as Osean born, he is in fact South Belkan (it was born there when it was in the Principality of Belka's rule during 1982), which can be interpreted from association with the Grey Men and a line where he mentions 'reuniting his homeland to the North'. This can also be interpreted as his motivation for joining the Belkan Grey Men rather than just revenge, as he stated in the tunnel that the current war was foolish.

― Hamilton

Major Allen C. Hamilton (アレンC.ハミルトン Aren C. Hamiruton) was the Adjutant Base Commander of the Sand Island Air Force Base, as well as a member of the 596th Fighter Squadron. He was typically cool in demeanor, and rarely associated with the airmen stationed at the base.

After he was convinced that the members of Wardog Squadron were traitors, his attitude towards them changed completely. He participated in the Battle of Sudentor, paying special attention to shooting down the "Ghosts of Razgriz", even going so far as to chase them inside the tunnel between North and South Belka. This chase ultimately led to his death.

History

Hamilton was once assigned to the 8492nd Squadron, a sleeper Grey Men unit within the OADF. At some point, he became the Adjutant Base Commander of Sand Island AFB.

In September 2010, Hamilton retrieved Albert Genette's camera and photographs after they were confiscated by base security, and was the first to inform Genette of Yuktobania's declaration of war against Osea. The next day, he "pulled a few strings" and assigned Genette to the Osean press corps.

A few weeks later, he warned Genette against taking video of Base Commander Colonel Orson Perrault following the detonation of a bomb aboard the Arkbird, due to Perrault's sour mood.
