Namco (now Namco Bandai after merging with toy/game developer Bandai) is the successful publisher and developer of the Ace Combat series, ever since Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. It is an amusement company based in Japan, best known overseas for video games development. In addition to Ace Combat, they are also known for their "Tales of..." series, Soul Calibur, Tekken, Ridge Racer, Time Crisis and perhaps most famously Pac-Man.
