The Namco Bandai logo, circa 2010
Namco (now Namco Bandai after merging with toy/game developer Bandai) is the successful publisher of the Ace Combat series, ever since The Belkan War. It is an amusement company based in Japan, best known overseas for video games development. In addition to Ace Combat, they are also known for their Tales of... series, Soul Calibur, Tekken, Ridge Racer and perhaps most famously Pac-Man.
