The Battle of Sudentor was one of the final battles of the Circum-Pacific War. It was fought between a coalition of Osean-Yuktobanian forces and the Belkan Gray Men (supported by some Osean and Yuktobanian warmongers).

  +
Prelude
The Battle of Sudentor was the thirty-first battle of the Circum-Pacific War. It was a battle fought over the Osean city of Sudentor, formerly South Belka. It was fought to try to defeat the Grey Men (working under the cover of Gründer Industries). This is the final mission including ground opposition.

Before the Conflict
In the final weeks of 2010, the Razgriz Squadron partook in a series of clandestine operations against the Gray Men in Belka and Yuktobania, freeing Osean president Vincent Harling and Prime Minister Seryozha Viktorovich Nikanor, transporting them to the aircraft carrier OFS Kestrel. In December 29, the ship was sunk after a battle between Yuktobanian and Osean vessels that birthed a new battle group from ships of both nations. AC5
A couple of days before this mission, the Osean 108th Wardog Tactical Fighter Squadron were branded as traitors and presumed to be Yuktobanian spies, forcing them to escape Sand Island AFB. Allen Hamilton helped the Osean Military seek this false information. It turns out to be that Allen Hamilton was a member of the Belkan Grey Men: he was one of the many Belkan War veterans that sought revenge against Yuktobania and Osea. Another V2 that "A World With No Boundaries" was hiding and not destroyed by Ustian mercenary Cipher, or Galm 1, was loaded to the Strategic Orbital Linear Gun, a satellite planned to counter the Excalibur chemical laser tower, which was never finished, but was completed 15 years later by the Grey Men. The Yuke prime minister Nikanor was rescued from his Belkan captors, and after staying for several days aboard the OFS Kestrel), made a speech at Bright Hill, Oured. During the speech, Osean President Vincent Harling and Nikanor called for peace and changed the hearts of many soldiers on the battlefield, Osean & Yuke alike. Grunder Industries was threatening to launch the V2 nuclear missile procured from the Belkan War either to Yuktobania or Osea (as stated on the speech, the V2 was said to be "strong enough to destroy almost 50% of one of either country's cities).

  +
Following Nikanor's liberation from the Shtil Prison, Yuktobanian resistance member Major Nastasya Vasilievna Obertas provided the Kestrel's crew with a disc with encrypted information of the V2 missile, which the Gray Men intended to load into the Strategic Orbital Linear Gun (SOLG) satellite, secretly completed after its cancellation in the Belkan War, to use as leverage in their goal of reuniting the Belkan Federation. AC5
Rebirth of the Demon
After hearing the speech (and after discovering the truth behind the Circum Pacific), all active soldiers on the battlefield instantly ceased all conflicts, while the forces near Sudentor joined to fight one last battle to finish off Belka. Razgriz, already arriving to the scene, then saw a 4 man Su-27 Flanker Yuktobanian formation. But they suddenly changed sides and joined Razgriz; then a 4 man 2 F-16C Fighting Falcon and 2 F-22A Raptor team of Osean fighters also joined. Then a squadron of 6 helicopters joined the fight, as well as a Yuktobanian AWACS and two Su-32s. With this incredible force, Razgriz meet the enemy at Sudentor. Pops then informed the Razgriz Squadron that the last cargo was shipped out of Basset Space Center to the SOLG. He tells the squadron that Grunder Industries detected the arrival of the allied Osean/Yuke joint battalion; the company then requested help from the Yuke pilots that refused to give up fighting-- in return, the Belkans would give the V1 Nuclear Missle, but keep the more powerful V2 Nuclear Missile for themselves. However, several Osean pilots came to Sudentor to prevent the Yukes and destroy the traitors of Osea (that is, the now pacified Osean forces.)

  +
Transmissions from the Belkan operative Schenze were traced by the communications ship OFS Andromeda to an underground facility built by Gründer Industries in the North Osean city of Sudentor, developed with the true purpose of facilitating the Belkan reunification, that housed a computer network designed to remotely control the SOLG from the earth. Razgriz took off from the Kestrel before it sank and flew to Sudentor to attack the tunnel. AC5
So, the Razgriz Squadron was to destroy all Belkan forces inside the city with the help of allied fighters, and then escort the allied helicopters to the entrance of the SOLG facility. After the Demons finish off all forces, the helicopters land and secure the entrance to the facility, which was under construction to be a railroad spanning the South/North Belka border; the tunnel's control room is then captured by the allied operatives, who then proceed to open the tunnel's left gate. The Razgriz Squadron then flies into the tunnel, but suddenly, Allen Hamilton, in a last act of desperation, chases after them into the facility's depths. In addition to this, there is one more problem. The facility has two SOLG control cores that need to be destroyed, both opposite sided to each other, therefore someone has to fly from Nord Belka, from the end of the tunnel and end up back in Sudentor. But to find a pilot skilled enough to pull it off is almost impossible. To Razgriz's surprise, the pilot is their old instructor, Heartbreak One. The mission and battle ends with Jack Bartlett, assumed to be alive, Allen Hamilton is dead (as put by Grimm, "hit by a ricocheting plane"), and the SOLG facility is destroyed by both Bartlett and Blaze.

Once robbed of my freedom and of my ability to do the right thing, I now stand again under the light of the golden sun, and I do so with the honorable Yuktobanian Prime Minister Nikanor by my side. Prior to the sinking of the Kestrel, her captain, Nicholas A. Andersen, advised Nikanor into issuing an order to halt the ongoing war between Osea and Yuktobania along with Harling, who had departed with the Sea Goblin special forces team to Oured in order to reclaim his government. Following his command, the minister left for the capital and met up with Harling to organize an emergency summit in the capital, which was broadcasted live to both leaders' nations. AC5

  +
At 22:00 on December 30, the conference opened with Harling issuing a global order to all units of the Osean and Yuktobanian military to cease fighting immediately, citing his intention to reclaim control of Osea from Vice President Appelrouth. His message was replicated by Nikanor, who called for a general surrender of commanders from both sides, demonstrating his willingness to end the Circum-Pacific War by handshaking Harling on live television. AC5
On December 31st, the SOLG, whose core control was destroyed a day earlier, descended to Oured and was detected by OADF radar systems at 0445 hours. They found out that if the controls were ever to be cut off from the ground, the SOLG would descend from outer space and destroy Oured. The Ghosts of Razgriz then launched from an Oured highway (as a makeshift runway) to chase after the SOLG. In the way, the aggressor squadrons Grabacr & Ofnir (who helped to begin the war backstage) appear in a joint, 8-plane S-32 platoon formation. They were all shot down in the subsequent battle and were all KIA. Post-dogfight, Razgriz continued to the SOLG's estimated drop-from-the-atmosphere point, 80 miles from Oured; with the ETA of the crash into Oured is 5 minutes. After the descent, the Razgriz engaged in one final battle, wiping out all of the SOLG's accelerators. After the SOLG was finally destroyed, it exploded in a colossal rain of fire, the fireworks waking up the entirety of Oured.

Harling revealed the threat of the SOLG to the public, declaring that both nations were facing a potential disaster, but assuring that the nation targeted by the satellite was uncertain. He then urged both armies to direct their troops to Osea, where a "final" battle remained to be fought with Belka. The conference was transmitted by reporters and networks from across the world, including the OBC and Yuktobania's SBN. AC5

The reception to the message varied throughout Osea and Yuktobania. Many soldiers from various branches complied to their command and set course towards Sudentor, with both factions forming an international alliance. The destruction of the cores ceased the SOLG's attacks on the Sudentor area, but also had the effect of triggering the automatic deorbit of the SOLG six hours and forty-five minutes later. The SOLG was destroyed over Oured eight hours later, ending the Circum-Pacific War.
The result of the battle was an allied Osean and Yuktobanian success. The Kestrel formed a fleet containing a strong and large formation of Yuktobanian Marine Navy ships and Osean naval forces ships, but was destroyed by Belka; it is assumed the crew gets another carrier (although it's safe to assume that Captain Anderson retired post-war.) The battle's ultimate success helped the ending of the Circum-Pacific War, and all Osean and Yuktobanian men in the government who supported the war were fired on the spot (and presumably sent to federal custody.) Razgriz was dissolved (the pilots having disappeared) after this battle and the Grey Men destroyed; making Osea and Yuktobania at peace again.

The Battle of Sudentor was one of the final battles of the Circum-Pacific War. It was fought between a coalition of Osean-Yuktobanian forces and the Belkan Gray Men (supported by some Osean and Yuktobanian warmongers).

Prelude

Razgriz operations

In the final weeks of 2010, the Razgriz Squadron partook in a series of clandestine operations against the Gray Men in Belka and Yuktobania, freeing Osean president Vincent Harling and Prime Minister Seryozha Viktorovich Nikanor, transporting them to the aircraft carrier OFS Kestrel. In December 29, the ship was sunk after a battle between Yuktobanian and Osean vessels that birthed a new battle group from ships of both nations. [1]

The Oured conference

"This is President Harling of the Osean Federation. Attention, all Osean and Yuktobanian officers and soldiers currently on the battlefield. Let us put down our guns and come out of the trenches. The Osean capital of Oured has been freed of the people who took advantage of my absence to usurp control of the country. ― Seryozha Viktrovich Nikanor speaking in Oured.

Prior to the sinking of the Kestrel, her captain, Nicholas A. Razgriz leading Osean and Yuktobanian aircraft towards Sudentor

The conference led a large number of troops from both countries travel to North Osea to stage a siege on Sudentor. Osean Air Defense Force and ground forces formed a large part of the newly formed coalition, in conjunction with divisions of the Yuktobanian Air Force. Anticipating the attack, Gründer Industries offered the last of the three V1 nuclear weapons stolen from Mount Schirm to hardliners of the two countries, led by Sand Island Air Force Base officer Allen C. Their force grew into a squadron of over a dozen pilots from both countries, who sung the song "The Journey Home" in a sign of unity. Gründer's tunnel

Before the tunnel was opened, the Major's disk was further decoded, revealing not one, but two core systems. Furthermore, the special forces team could not keep the entrance open for long. Because of this, a second aircraft had to destroy the core on the northern end of the tunnel. The Razgriz Squadron entered the tunnel in the southern end to destroy the first core system. The former was later attacked by fighters that were chasing the latter and in the process, one of the fighters struck Hamilton head on, killing him. The Razgriz soon escaped when the tunnel exploded. [1]

Result

The destruction of the cores ceased the SOLG's attacks on the Sudentor area, but also had the effect of triggering the automatic deorbit of the SOLG six hours and forty-five minutes later. The SOLG was destroyed over Oured eight hours later, ending the Circum-Pacific War.
