Sergeant Collins was an Independent State Allied Forces soldier during the Continental War.
Biography[]
Following Lieutenant Leonard Baelz's death during Operation Bunker Shot, Collins took over command his unit.
He thanked the ISAF Air Force's efforts during the operation.
