The Comprehensive Space Warfare Ban Treaty was a multilateral treaty from the Infinity universe that prevented signatory countries and mercenary forces hired under their command from launching attacks against satellites on high orbit with destructive purposes.[1] The treaty is known to have been signed and ratified, or at least acknowledged, by various nations of South America.[2]
During the USEA Federation's uprising, the treaty was a major driver behind operations such as the destruction of Stonehenge Type-3, since the targeting satellites used by the Stonehenge networks were part of the treaty.[1] Efforts by the United Nations to disable the satellites providing control to the QFA-44 Carmilla units were curtailed by opposition from South America under unknown grounds.[2]
