Cuckoo's Nest is the tenth campaign mission in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy.

Briefing

Enemy guerilla activity has been going on for a while in the Chopinburg Rainforest. The Allied ground forces have been fighting the guerillas by cutting off their supplies, but the Rebel Forces are now trying to deliver supplies from the air. We fear they may be trying to deliver chemical weapons as well as ammunition to the guerilla forces. Prevent this at all costs. Phoenix, you are to fly to the drop zone and destroy all cargo dropped by the transporters before they reach the ground. Not even one of those crates can fall into the guerilla's hands

Objectives

The mission's primary targets are the three C-17 transport planes and any cargo crates that are dropped out from the planes. The transport planes appear one at a time and drop a set number of cargo crates. The cargo crates cannot be locked on with missiles, so they have to be destroyed with gun or any other weapons without guidance before they land on the ground.

Debriefing

All dropped cargo as well as Rebel transporters have been destroyed. Thanks to today's victory, the army can hold an even longer sweep operation. Now it's just a matter of time before the guerilla forces fall. Even without the ability to lock on to your targets, you did well. But I just got a message from HQ about a new mission. Get ready, Phoenix.
