Evan Carey was a former Osean Air Defense Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries. He flew as part of the Wizard Team during the Belkan War.
Biography[]
Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, Carey and his team defected the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries. On December 31, 1995, the unit engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where Carey was shot down.[2]
In 1996, Carey and a number of Wizard Team members plotted an attempt to assassinate the President of Osea. Thanks to information revealed by fellow team member Kevin Shore, the plan was swiftly thwarted by Osean Special Ops, where Carey was shot and killed.[3]
