- "EW aircraft was hit. It's being attacked by an F-15E!"
- ― AWACS Long Caster[1]
The F-15E Strike Eagle is a multirole strike aircraft of the F-15 Eagle family that is featured regularly in the Ace Combat series. Compared to the F-15C Eagle, the F-15E features improved avionics, conformal tanks, and multiple weapon hardpoints.
History
Strangereal
The first known deployment of the Strike Eagle was during the Belkan War. They were primarily fielded by the Belkan Air Force particularly during the middle stages of the conflict. Strike Eagles were used as escort craft for the flight of Bm-335 Lindwurm bombers that were equipped with nuclear warheads during the infamous Operation Ravage.
During the Circum-Pacific War, they were used by Yuktobania to attack Osean forces during the Jilachi Desert Invasion.
During the Emmeria-Estovakia War, both Emmerian and Estovakian forces utilized the Strike Eagle as a multirole aircraft. Notable users include Garuda Team and Estovakian ace pilot Dragan Panadic, callsign Oryol.[2]
F-15Es were fielded during the Lighthouse War. They were flown primarily by the Erusean Air Force.
Assault Horizon Universe
F-15Es were used by Warwolf Squadron when they flew their sortie in Derbent.
Infinity Universe
The Strike Eagle was one of the aircraft designs Wernher and Noah Enterprises produced with their Advanced Automated Aviation Plant and made available to sale to national and mercenary forces. During Operation Eternal Liberation, this aircraft was modestly popular with both United Nations Forces and the USEA Federation, seeing action all around the Eurasia continent.

Trivia
- The YK colour in AC5, Mercenary scheme in AC0, Leasath colour scheme in ACX, C02 in ACJA, the Event Skin #2 in ACI, the SP paint scheme in AC7 is the color scheme of the Israeli variant of the F-15E.
- The F-15E Strike Eagle's deployment in the Usean coup d'état is non-canon as the aircraft does not appear in Ace Combat 2's remake, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy, where the F-15SE Silent Eagle takes its place.
