The F/A-18E Super Hornet is a carrier-based multirole manufactured by Boeing. It is an improvement on the original F/A-18 Hornet, featuring an enlarged airframe, increased fuel capacity and, most noticeably, rectangular air intakes.

History

Strangereal

During the Usean Continental War, the Usean Rebel Forces's Beast Squadron and the ZOE Major were notable aces of the war.

During the Circum-Pacific War, Super Hornets were operated by both the Osean Air Defense Force and the Yuktobanian Air Force.

During the Aurelian War, F/A-18Es were operated by the Leasath Air Force. One LAF ace, callsign Storm, also used the aircraft.

Joint Assault universe

Both Martinez Security and the Valahia were known to operate the Super Hornets. One particular pilot, Milosz Sulejmani, operated an F/A-18E while flying for both sides.
