Revision as of 09:13, 10 February 2020

The F/A-18E Super Hornet is a carrier-based multirole. It is an improvement on the original F/A-18C Hornet, featuring an enlarged airframe, increased fuel capacity and, most noticeably, rectangular air intakes.

History

Strangereal

During the Usean coup d'état, the Usean Rebel Forces's Beast Squadron[1] and the Z.O.E. Major[2] were notable aces of the war.

During the Circum-Pacific War, Super Hornets were operated by both the Osean Air Defense Force and the Yuktobanian Air Force.

During the Emmeria-Estovakia War, the Republic of Emmeria Navy had numerous F/A-18Es stationed on its aircraft carriers.[3]

During the Aurelian War, F/A-18Es were operated by the Leasath Air Force. One LAF ace, callsign Storm, also used the aircraft.[4]

Joint Assault universe

Both Martinez Security and the Valahia were known to have operated the Super Hornet. One particular pilot, Milosz Sulejmani, operated an F/A-18E while flying for both sides.
