The F/A-18F -SCARFACE EMBLEM- is a downloadable aircraft in Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation, and is the second in the -SCARFACE EMBLEM- lineup of DLC aircraft. It was released onto the Xbox Live Marketplace on November 22, 2007, and is free to download.
Overview
Using an Emmerian F/A-18F as the base of the aircraft, the Scarface Emblem is themed on the 92nd Special Tactical Fighter Squadron "Scarface", the protagonist's squadron in Ace Combat 2. In appearance, it is similar to the F/A-18F save for the Scarface markings. The tailcode has been changed to "PE 097".
Performance-wise, the aircraft receives neither an ammo count increase nor decrease, and stats remain relatively the same. The only exception is the buff in defense in exchange for the nerf in mobility, giving it better survivability. It is considered to be the better of the -SCARFACE EMBLEM- aircraft, as it doesn't sacrifice critical stats in favor of another.

Trivia
- The F/A-18F -SCARFACE EMBLEM- suffers the least from the stats decrease, compared to the Mirage 2000-5 variant where it suffers in two areas and the F-16C where it receives a massive buff in defense in favor of a decrease in speed.
