The 747-400 is an airliner, used for civilian transport. Its only appearance is in Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War, during Chain Reaction.

The 747-400 was a popular airliner among Strangereal airline corporations. By 2010, at least four airlines were confirmed to use them, including Osea West, Air Ixiom, and Air Erusea.[1]
A large number of 747-400s being used at Apito International Airport were caught in the crossfire during a terrorist attack in November 2010. It is unclear if any of the aircraft were damaged, but many civilians were injured or killed during the attack.[1]
