Axe & Hammer Precision Instrument Industry was a military manufacturing company from the Strangereal world. The company produced combat briefing systems, some of which were used by the Republic of Ustio during the Belkan War.

- When the OBG System is activated at the start of every mission in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War, a mock end-user license agreement is displayed beneath the Axe & Hammer logo. The notice in its entirety reads:
- "The NMB desires that all contributors of ideas, code, or documentation to the Ace projects complete, sign, and submit (via snail mail or fax) an Explanation Operation Contents System (EOCS) [NMB form]. The purpose of this agreement is to clearly define the terms under which intellectual property has been contributed to the NMB and thereby allow us to defend the project should there be a legal dispute regarding the software at some future time, A signed EOCS is required to be on file before an individual is given commit rights to an NMB project. For a corporation that has assigned employees to work on a Zero project, a Corporate NMB (CNMB) is available for contributing intellectual property via the corporation that may have been assigned as part of an employment agreement."

- Axe and Hammer briefly makes a cameo in the opening scene of Ace Combat Infinity as the basics of the Advanced Automated Aviation Plant system are explained to the Butterfly Master, where it is implied that it has become a private military contractor as opposed to manufacturers of intelligence systems.
