At some point prior to the Belkan War, Veiser joined the Belkan Air Force's Gault Team. Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, the unit defected to the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries.
On December 31, 1995, they engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where Veiser was shot down. He was later captured by the Allied Forces and was pressured to release information on the organization and his squadron leader Anton Kupchenko, but denied any involvement. In 1996, he was imprisoned in the Valdes State Prison as a BC level prisoner.
