During the Valahia Crisis, he was kidnapped and held prisoner by the Valahia in Dubai. Then, he was rescued by a special forces team of the International Union Peacekeeping Force, call sign "Fat Duck," but the helicopter was hit by hostile forces and crash landed in an industrial area outside of the city. As a result, the IUPF Command decided to launch a rescue helicopter, call sign "Paper Wasp", to rescue the VIP and the special forces team while Antares Squadron of Martinez Security M42 Squadron provided aerial escort during the operation and Paper-wasp managed to pick them up.
