Estovakian M167 VADS in action.
The M167 Vulcan Air Defense System (VADS) is a 20mm, light anti-aircraft gun; essentially a ground-based version of the M61 Vulcan, some versions of the VADS were towed, while others were fitted to modified M113 APCs. The M167 has been retired from US service.
Gameplay[]
VADS AA guns are encountered in several titles; in most games it poses little danger to the player, although the ones that appear in Ace Combat Zero and 6 seem somewhat more accurate than in other games.
