Hey there! I know you haven't been on here in quite some time, but I wanted to know where you got http://acecombat.wikia.com/wiki/File:URF_MiG-21.jpg Its status as fan art or just powerful emulation is being disputed over at Usean Rebel Forces's comments (because we're curious about the URF's emblem), and I wanted to know exactly where you got that picture. Thanks!
Hey Sly, I got that artwork from NamCollection. There were plenty of material regarding Ace Combat 2 such as artwork, information and aircraft renders. Unfortunately my PS2 died before I could continue updating the rest of them. Sorry for taking so long to reply.
Two and a half years. You took two and a half years :P I deleted the image a few months after this because you hadn't replied.
Just checked a video on the NamCollection, and indeed, there's the MiG. Though it's not as bright as your picture, so I'll reupload a better screenshot of it and source it. Thank you for finally replying xD
Yeah lol. Certain events made me stay away from Acepedia. Last Christmas someone broke into my home and stole many things incuding my PC and PS3 while I was out. Just when I was starting to enjoy Infinity :/
Eagle, I'd like your input on an idea of mine concerning a plan for revamping aircraft articles. To keep it simple, my vision includes creating a new infobox, using the new mission one as a basis, and using the following format:
Article entry -> brief overview section detailing the history of the plane -> in-game analysis using a collapsible window (see PAK-FA navboxes at the bottom for an idea) -> trivia -> gallery
Keep the description/history part at the right size. I don't want it to be too short or bloated, as with the Raptor page. Also, feel free to throw in some references to avionics, technology and the like, but keep it balanced.
As for the analysis tabs, I wanna let you know that I want them to include all information of the games they appear in: description info, weapon availability/capacity and statistics. Screenshots may be included within or in a separate "gallery" subpage.
