Hey TML, so Sly just talked too me on Steam and whatnot, and he said that you got suspended from PSN? And that you thought I banned you after that match where you sent me a message cause you thought it was because your team beat mine? Well I didn't report you, I have no reason too and I think your a pretty friendly guy, so I really didn't report you, tbh I'm not even sure how too report someone, and as for the game, Idc if I win or lose lol, in the end its still just a game and I have fun playing it no matter the outcome even if I am invested in it heavily, I almost never get mad in it, cept when connection issues. :P
So yeah just wanted too clear that up, sorry too hear that you got suspended, hope its not for too long
Yes, it all started when SONY sent me an email claiming that in date 08/15 I had broken PSN TOS on the XMB, but the email was also incomplete: the part which indicated the details was suspiciously missing.
I never delete outgoing messages and after a quick search the only PM I sent on that day was the one you received during the NTDM. Despite being sure it was nowhere offensive, it was the only private message I had sent. So I asked to my friend Viking to hear your story, but he has never received a reply from you: this thing made me even more suspicious, because you had no reason not to reply him!
I didn't want to believe it was you - being angry for losing 1 match out of 3, where you also ranked MVP, was just stupid, but try to see this from my point: you get suspended for one week - the only person you wrote a PM doesn't reply to your friend - and SONY refuses to tell you the details of your suspension even after having sent you an incomplete email.
I was angry, but at least I managed to finish the TDM with a rank high enough to obtain both Su-37 -KR- and MiG-31B -GV- (thank God the Tournament ended on monday instead of Tuesday!).
I have also resumed playing since a couple of days, and now I am really mad with SONY for their awful behavior.
One last thing: can I ask you why you didn't reply to Viking?
Tbh I haven't even signed on until like, 2 days ago after tourney ended, mostly cause I needed a break, yep even I need a break from ACI, yes when I did come back I got the, "messages received" thing pop up but I didn't even look tbh, just came on too play with a friend and then left, wasn't even on for 30 minutes, but next time I'll come on I'll find his message and reply, tbh I feel like its Sony that has a problem with you, maybe they got the wrong guy Idk, but the vague details doesn't help them, should probably send a support email or something too them too ask why. And yeah like I said, I enjoyed playing with you and I have no reason too send a report, nor do I even know how too in the first place tbh.
No problem, sorry about the confusion, I should've checked, I'll write too him next time I come on, which might be today depending on how I feel, and I have a feeling it might just be some really angry person being a child over you killing him too many times or him not being able too kill you that sent a report.
Ne, TLM, why the specific change-revertion from <br/> to <br /> with the space?
Although it's kinda understandable if it's for XHTML tag conformity and/or that "It doesn't feel right not closing HTML tags" feel, but I find the <br/> w/o space more visually appealing. I've been through this <br>, <br/>, and <br /> curiosity, too. -w-;;
I also added one space before linebreak tags in cases of "one-line, multiple data" like more than 1 reward in one challenge, which is unrelated to HTML linebreaks and is more a personal decision for (maybe also personally) more visually appealing source. I am aware this does add extra space to people copying from the wikia's tables for their personal data parsing/processing though, if ever.
FakeEdit: Looked up linebreak stuff. It seems just <br> is sufficient, since I don't think Wikia will ever be XHTML. The XHTML-conformity & self-closing tags just stuck up to me though. >.<
Edit: Aaaa and then I messed up on the comment title myself. Was "Spaces on Self-closing Line Breaks", edited just to be specific. '3'
Thank you for undoing the work I did in renaming all of the iDOLM@STER pages to the Infinity names. You shouldn't have created brand-new pages, now we have to revert all of your renamings and combine all of the articles. :/
EDIT: Well, at least it was just Hakura's F-22. Still, though, please try to keep all aircraft stuff consolidated on one article in the future.
I worked on 2 IDOL pages: F-22A and EFA-2000 (Typhoon): I stopped once I realized there was an AC6 page for them, because that's a game I have never played with and I absolutely don't know a thing about. Once Q told me both AV-8B and B-2A did not appear in AC6, I created the only missing page.
It's okay. It's just that so much information is pouring in with this update, and I spent an hour renaming the articles last night, so this isn't how my morning needed to start. But I do apologize if I came off a little harsh - it's just that ugh. xD
It's just we're starting to have a bit too many things around where most of them belong to multiple games... you, Q, and any other admin should take 1 hour and discuss how to deal with that, so we all have 1 standard format type :D
I've been deleting messages on the wikia related to the PSN outage because people are unnecessarily drawing attention to "hacker" groups. I'm not allowing anyone to make so much as a mention of it, because not only is it unconfirmed, it would be helping them. I hope you understand.
I understand you don't want to draw attention upon them, but I would have given at least a brief message about PSN not available. If people wish to find out more, they can look elsewhere, otherwise they'll simply do something else knowing it's not their fault if they can't play Ace Combat.
During the holidays there are a lot more players than usual days, so none can be 100% sure it's not their fault when failing to login.
The thing is, the situation is fluid and constantly changing. I can't make an announcement and stay on top of it. Issues have been reported for the past 36 hours, yet I have played Infinity twice in that time frame and have had absolutely no problems. I'm sure some people are unable to sign in, but I do think some other people are just spreading the word around a lot more than it needs to be. Not to mention, this kind of thing always happens around Black Friday and Christmas due to all of the gifts. xD
Wouldn't be a good idea to place a "general issue" on the main page, something that says "Login problems have been reported with PSN".
Nothing specific, just to aware people that they may be unable to connect and play, but nowhere stating that it's impossible to do that or giving out the reasons behind. None of us, AFAIK, works for Sony, SEN or such companies, so we do not need to give detailed informations, but I am 200% sure everyone would appreaciate to know that in a timely manner.
Yesterday night I tried for a couple of hours to login, with no luck. Other users here were reporting problems, but some of them had managed to login in the end, you are right stating that the situation changes every minute or so...
