Moonlight Flower is the 9th mission in the story campaign of the export version of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. The player must destroy a set of microwave power plants without radar lock-on capabilities.
Briefing
UPEO Intelligence discovered that Neuwork's microwave power plant supplies power to their illegal munitions factory. Microwave interference from the plant may reduce effectiveness of your missile guidance system. Use your machine gun to attack and disable the power plant.
Objectives
The mission's primary targets are the power plants. There are also several R-101s, R-201s, and R-701s, in addition to SAM sites and AA guns.
After the power plants are destroyed, the reactor core is exposed and becomes a target. If the player does not destroy all targets in less than five minutes, the player will earn a mission over.
Ranks
- A: 18+ enemies destroyed.
- B: 12-17 enemies destroyed.
- C: 11 or less enemies destroyed.
- D: Mission completed in 5+ minutes.
Debriefing
Microwave power plant disabled. Neuwork's weapons manufacturing capability has been reduced.
