Nicolae Dumitrescu (ニコラエDUMITRESCU Nikorae DUMITRESCU) was the leader of the terrorist organization Valahia. He was financed by Andre Olivieri so that Olivieri Life Insurance could prosper. After the destruction of the heavy command cruiser Spiridus over London, he immediately broke away from Olivieri and took over a former USSR nuclear missile silo. It is not known exactly why he formed the Valahia, but it is assumed that he was aiming to restore the old Communist world order. It is known that he was payed by Andre Olivieri, but during a the video when he revealed he had nuclear missiles and was going to form a new nation, he quoted " Over the past years the communist countries we relied on fell into decline, and the world became one of capitalism! Look hard at the truth!, look through the fabricated capitalist illusions!"

Dumitrescu's lust for power later on proved to be his downfall as he chose to remain inside missile command center and was subsequently killed when the Antares Squadron flew inside the nuclear silo and destroyed the command center inside.

Trivia

Nicolae's plans are related to AWWNB plans of a borderless world by destroying governments and capitals.
His name, Nicolae Dumitrescu, could be a refrence to Nicolae Ceausescu, the last Communist President of Romania. Also, the Valahaian superweapon Balaur is located in Romania.
As seen in cutscene, he has 3 stars on his shoulders. This would make him a Lieutenant General in the US Army and a Colonel General in the Russian army.
