Norihiko Hibino (日比野 則彦, Hibino Norihiko), *September 3, 1973) is a Japanese video game composer and saxophonist. He is famous for his works at Konami, particularly in Hideo Kojima's Metal Gear Solid and Zone of the Enders.
Hibino participated in the composing of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Original Soundtrack.
