North Belka is a federal state of the country of Belka. As of 1995, it has remained the only state under Belkan rule. The region is governed as a principality, with an unknown leader.

North Belka is located in the northeastern part of the Osean continent, and has been the Belka's prime representative territory for decades. It is bordered by North Osea (formerly South Belka) to the southwest; Ustio and Recta to the southeast; Gebet and FATO to the east; and water to the north. North Belka's capital is Dinsmark, the same as the country's capital.
