Offensive Campaign Number 4101 was a campaign by the Osean Armed Forces to invade Belka. This officially began with a joint assault by the Ustio Air Force and the Osean Navy on the Futuro Canal that was divided into three operations. The first, codenamed "Gelinkos", was an aerial attack on facilities near the entrance to the canal, particularly anti-aircraft defenses and jamming units, and also concentrated on establishing air superiority on the southern end of the canal. At about the same time, an assault on the north end against the Belkan Army as well as a small naval fleet began. Codenamed "Round Hammer", the Belkan fleet stationed to the north as well as ground units in the area were completely decimated. Following those two assaults, the Osean Fleet began its advance through the canal. Among the ships in the fleet was the brand new Nimitz-class Aircraft Carrier OFS Kestral, which was on its maiden voyage under the command of Captain Wheeler. Despite furious opposition from the Belkan Air Force, the Osean Fleet was escorted safely through the canal thanks to the Ustio Air Force.[1]
