First seen in the E3 2010 Joint Assault Multiplay Trailer of Ace Combat X2: Joint Assault, the Orgoi is the second airborne fortress employed by the Valahia, and the sister ship of the main attack cruiser Spiridus. Orgoi resembles a gigantic B-2A Spirit, with anti-air machinery, two main engines, a control tower (FCU) & several modifications, albeit the ship somehow resembles the Arkbird of Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. The Orgoi is also highly maneuverable. It was shot down over Tokyo, but in the beginning of the Golden Axe Plan about 3 more ships resembling it appeared over Midway Island.

Trivia

  • Just like the Spiridus bears an uncanny resemblance to the X-49 Night Raven, Orgoi bears a striking resemblance to the Arkbird of The Unsung War. Whether the resemblance is intentional is unknown.
  • If you take a closer look to the back part of the Orgoi's main fuselage, there will be 2 Runways similar to the ones on P-1112 Aigaion. It is unknown if the Orgoi have aircraft carrying capability, but there is a possibility that the Orgoi can carry aircraft and launch them in mid air the same as the Aigaion.
  • The player encounters a total of four Orgois in the game.
  • The Orgoi maybe is the only airborne fortress to have a high moblity when flying.
  • Out of all airborne fortresses in AC this is the smallest in size.
  • It is also the only airborne fortress in the AC series produced more than two times.
  • The F-22A Raptor shares the last Orgoi's color scheme as the 5th color, suggesting that the last Orgoi had provisions for storing and launching F-22s.

Orgoi Mk.II

During the mission "Alarm Clock", a silver variant of the Orgoi ship can be seen. It is the last one you fight in the game. It apparently can survive having it's engines blown out once, as it regains them. It also seems to have some sort of connection to the other Orgoi ship you fight during that part, for when you destroy one set of engines, the other Orgoi ship loses it's engines as well. They also fly in formation, so most likely there is some form of connection between the two.
