The Osean Broadcasting Corporation (OBC) is a public news station in the Osean continent, which works as Ace Combat's analogue to the real-life CNN. While there's not much to note vis-a-vis the OBC (save for showing complete footage of the Belkan nuclear catastrophe of 1995), after the Belkan War one of its reporters, Brett Thompson, began to travel across the planet, searching for aces that had once faced the legendary Demon Lord of the Round Table, Cipher, on the battlefield. This included Cipher's old wingman, Solo Wing Pixy, who then fought a few years later on the ISAF-Erusea war of 2004.
More than half a decade later, the OBC covered the Osean President Vincent Harling's speech for peace for Osea & Yuktobania near the end of the Circum-Pacific War, as well as covering the battle at Sudentor, both Osean & Yuke reporters having full coverage of the scene.
As aforementioned, the OBC has also covered the Belkan Nuclear Catastrophe & possibly the Treaty of Lumen, though this can only be assumed as it was never stated that the OBC covered this, though it is likely, it could have still been a Belkan or Ustio station covering the event.

The story by reporter Brett Thompson is in fact a documentary that came as a special for ten years since the Belkan War this which is the reason why in each interview the pilots have the posture that they are looking into something,especially in the case of Solo Wing when in the end of the game when he ask if Cipher will watch this and looks straight at into the camera lens.
