Project NEMO is a fan-translation project started in 2009 by AC3e fans DragonSpikeXIII and Iceman-UK with the aim of fully translating the original Japanese version of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere from Japanese to English.

Project NEMO first translated the game's missions as HTML text documents, released in 2010. They released partially-complete patches that focused on translating the game's 52 missions in 2016. New patches, codenamed v0.9b "Phoenix," that translated the remainder of the game, plus a plethora of extra content, were released on July 13th, 2023. Their most recent version, codenamed v0.9b1 "Re: Phoenix," was released on January 1st, 2024. Project NEMO's aim is to produce the most faithful translation of the game, as originally intended by its creators.
