Radio Silence is the 49th mission in the Japanese version of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. It is the second mission along the Neucom (II) story arc.

Mission Story

"Though Fi and the Player had caused significant damage to the "Sphyrna" aerial carrier, they could not bring it down. During the mission, they found Cynthia among the Ouroboros air force. But she returned to the Sphyrna and left. From the Neucom Headquarters, they received a communicaton which said to keep attacking the aerial carrier and take it down. The two of them followed the Sphyrna to Megafloat."

Briefing

The Sphyrna, Ouroboros' aerial carrier,
is stronger than expected.
Continue to attack the Sphyrna,
and destroy it at all costs.

R-103 Delphinus #3

Objectives

Mission Start

The mission's primary target is the Sphyrna. Destroy its four target points to advance.

Mission Update 1

As the Sphyrna begins to retreat, three Su-43 Berkuts and one XFA-36A Game become the primary targets, trying to cover the Sphyrna's escape.

Mission Update 2

Once all the escort fighters have been destroyed, Cynthia will appear in her R-103 Delphinus #3. Shooting her down ends the mission.
