The Russian Ground Forces (Сухопутные войска России) are the land branch of the Russian Federation.
Assault Horizon[]
In Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, a large section of the Ground Forces sided with the New Russian Federation, when they overthrew the Russian government. The Ground Forces fought against government loyalists and the United States Army during the war. Personnel of the ground forces were the most numerous supporters of the NRF movement.
