Selig Stahl, callsign Bergvogel, was a Belkan Air Force pilot.
Biography
During the Belkan War, Stahl recommended and tested a specialized network communication system. On May 28, 1995, he was shot down and killed in an engagement with the Galm Team over Area B7R.[1]
The system was never implemented due to the war's early cease-fire and Belka's subsequent surrender. Since then, each country had began developing the technology.[1]
