Seryozha Viktorovich Nikanor was a prime minister of Yuktobania in the 21st century, and a crucial figure in the Circum-Pacific War.

Biography

The only known Prime Minister of the Union, Nikanor was kidnapped by the Gray Men of Belka in or prior to 2010 and imprisoned at the Shtil internment camp in north Yuktobania. After his silent removal from power, he was replaced by a military regime opposing the Osean Federation.

He was imprisoned by the Belkan aggressors for much of the war, but was broken out by Osean and Yuktobanian intellectuals working as a resistance movement (led by Jack Bartlett, "Heartbreak One"). He then worked for peace with Osean Federation President Vincent Harling by presenting a live T.V broadcast of himself and President Vincent Harling shaking hands, which led to Yuktobanian and Osean units joining forces to attack and destroy Grunder Industries' experimental facility housing the SOLG control system.

What happened to Nikanor after the war is unknown, though he definitely survived and worked with, rather than against, Osea and Vincent Harling into the future.
