Skully Island is an small island located in the southern area of Usea. It is located east of Seals Bridge, itself south of the Usean mainland. As of the late 20th century, it was under the jurisdiction of the FCU.
In 1995, the local government was overthrown by terrorist forces. In response, Robert Taylor, the newly appointed commander of the Southern District of the FCU military, was ordered to crush the uprising. The Scarface Squadron was hired to bolster their military.[1]
