The Spring Sea Treaty (スプリング海条約)[1] was an attempted military pact between the Osean Federation and several southern Usean countries. On the day of the treaty's signing, military leaders from across the continent initiated a large-scale coup d'état, preventing the treaty's signing.

  • Due to the presence of the Osean military on the Usean continent in 2019, it is likely that the treaty's signing was successful following the coup d'état.
