  • The F-15 is a great fighter and strike platform.Recently South Korea and Singapore have acquired the Strike Eagle can expect to these two nations featured in future games?

    • I'm sure they won't. If AC keeps on Earth, it will always be a USA vs Russia conflict like pretty much every war game/movie in this world.

    • You don't need to bring in every single air force in the world. Just make the color grey, and add an ability to make own roundels, then you get a Korean or Singaporean Strike Eagle. They're not much visually different anyway.

    • I'm not suggesting that we include every air force that would be very foolish.I'm suggesting South Korea and Singapore for future titles. Also I'd like to see Israel and the People Republic of China also if we continue to things develope into a new Cold War.

    • My guess is that the acecombat series is moving away from real nations and armies fighting each other. In the future i think every thing will have new names like the UNF. Just my guess of where the series is going.

Yea it also allows you to fight more diverse enemies when you move away from real militaries. Quite frankly tearing nothing but MiG-29s in half a thousand times in a row gets boring.

    • I have to laugh everytime someone mentions the F-35 replacing any of the current legacy aircraft in the inventory...the F-35 is a POS and not capable of doing anything well...low weapons capacity, low surviveability.I'd like to see an F-35 fly minus a wing like and Isreali F-15 did in the 1980s when they collided mid air with an A-4 Skyhawk during a training mission....the F-15 landed safely and the pictures show the starboard wing completely ripped off at the fuselage...

My sentiments exactly! The F-35 is a massive failure, even after $1.4 trillion spent on the program over 14 years and counting. It can't outrun, outmaneuver or outclimb a 4th-Gen F-16D in an air-to-air engagement. That is if it can successfully take off without catching fire, as a result of its flawed fueldraulic heat management system. What's more, the faulty onboard oxygen generator will kill the pilot without even getting into combat. I really hope that Singapore follows Canada to drop the F-35 as soon as possible, because pilots' lives and the kind of money involved are not worth the POS.
