I would like to reassure everyone that "Extra Contract & Special Supply Ticket Set B", "Stocked Fuel & Special Supply Ticket Set D", and "Stocked Fuel & Special Supply Ticket Set E" are still working properly. I personally purchased the fuel / ticket set D a couple of days ago, and I haven't been adversely affected.

Stocked Fuel & Special Supply Ticket Set F has been removed from the North American version of the game as well as the North America PlayStation Store, so players should be safe now.

Wonder when those of us who did unfortunelty purchase it will be compensated. I did get this e-mail from bandai's support regarding the issue:

"We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in regards to this matter. We will be escalating the PSN Account "(my account)" to the Ace Combat Infinity Server Team in Japan for further investigation. We will be placing your ticket "On-Hold" until we get a follow up response from the ACI Server Team."

I was compensated my funds after trying to purchase this set, so at least I could go back and buy a normal fuel set.

You just posted yesterday that you hadn't received compensation. Did you receive the PSN funds in the past 24 hours, and was it a full refund?

Yes I did. Although I did get another email from support:

"We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the “Stocked Fuel & Special Supply Ticket Set F” in the Ace Combat Infinity title. We have received information from our internal contacts that any affected users should be receiving compensation for their purchase of this item. For any additional lost fuel that some users may have experienced, our development team is currently still looking into their specific profiles/accounts and will be resolving this as well (at this time we currently do not have an ETA for this as each account will need to be checked individually)."

So, I'm one of the lucky ones to get their funds compensated.

Thank you for the update; it seems that this is resolved now, and any remaining issues will have to be resolved individually with everyone's accounts.

The set has since been re-added to the PlayStation Store, so I assume it's been fixed.

Oh wow, you're right. My apologies, it was re-added a couple of weeks ago but clearly it's gone now. I have no idea what they're doing with it now :|
