Tommy (surname unknown) was an Osean government worker and aide to President Vincent Harling during Harling's second term in office.
Biography[]

On October 22, 2010, Tommy accompanied Harling aboard Mother Goose One, which was destined for a secret peace conference with the Yuktobanian Prime Minister. Tommy was forced to assume control of the transport plane after a spy murdered the captain and injured the copilot. With the assistance of Wardog Squadron, Tommy performed an emergency landing on the fields of Akerson Hill.[1] His fate after the landing remains unknown.
