Has anyone else noticed?

I don't mean to be posting so much but with mission 15 on Ace Combat 6, when you hear in the background someone saying something to what sounds like 'Galm 1', is the full thing he says, and I quote, "Galm 1, engage the enemy ace and your score will be multiplied by 10? (That may not be fully correct). I am just wondering if that is the full thing the person says to 'Galm 1' or not.
