This is just an idea I've had about Cipher and Mobius 1.
When history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself First, as a dark demon
As a demon it uses its power to rain death upon the land And then it dies
However, after a period of slumber Razgriz returns This time as a great hero
Now here is what I've come to believe.
When history witnesses a great change,(The appearence of Ulysses and/or The Belkan War)Razgriz reveals itself. First, as a dark demon(Cipher) As a demon it uses its power to rain death upon the land(All the enemies killed by Cipher)And then it dies(Cipher's disappearance after the war)However, after a period of slumber Razgriz returns This time as a great hero(Mobius 1)
If you look at all that the two aces did, they fit the legend almost perfectly. This leads me to believe that Cipher and Mobius 1 are a reference to Razgriz.
Tell me if you think i'm right or wrong, or if you have a better theory.
