Vitoze is a medieval city located in the Brilliante Heights region, in the southwest of Khesed Island. At the east of the city is the Campagna Airport, which became a vital site to the Emmerian forces during the Anean Continental War. The rest of Brilliante Heights is made of rolling hills, with a radar network set across the entire region.
Anean Continental War
Following the Emmerians' defeat at the Invasion of Gracemeria, the remnants of the Emmerian Air Force escaped to Vitoze, while high command prepared a counterattack strategy. In an attempt to finish of the remaining Emmerian troops, the Estovakians sent a bomber group to destroy Campagna & finish the war. The day of the attack, all EAF fighters, including the 28th TFS Garuda, sprung to intercept the bomber formation, which was defended by a small fighter garrison. Fortunately, the entire bomber group was shot down before they could reach Vitoze, thus giving the Emmerian troops a larger breathing window.
