Wesson

City Founding

The city began long ago, as a small farming town, since 739 A.D., by some Belkan proprietors. The city became a center of trade, and more and more Belkans moved their to find employment in town. The entire town of Wesson had its own unique central government. The Mayor was the head, and a few of Advisors and 5 Lawyers were there to aid him or her, in any urban affair.

Modern Age Industrialization

As the end of the feudal and discovery eras were nearing an end, Belka began to create an inspiration of Industrial Revolution as the Dark Ages came to a close. Although the Anean nation of Emmeria had thought of the ideal, the Principality of Belka would spearhead it and put it into action. Under the rule an iron fist of left-wing Prince Melwin Eredzden, the Belkan economy shifted to an industrious footing, adopting the Osean 'Assembly Line' idea to their disposal.

When the 20th century dawned, and automobiles and their subcorporations began to arise, Wesson, Belka, rose to meet the challenges and demands for a now automatic world of technological quantum leaps. The city's auto factories sprang up fast and many labor unions, established. Since this birth of an age in history, Wesson's political system had no confirmed actions but reforming the city's downtown infrastructure and building new homes and schools in the uptown districts.

Pre-Belkan War Period (1988-1994)

When Belka began to permit its borders to recede to the surrounding powers and selling it to them, Wesson was dragged out of the principality's effective rule. The Osean Federation marked it territory now. The Oseans, just to show their military capabilities to Yuktobania, built a seemingly impenetrable laser defense system to effectively shield the entire city with a protective screen of the directed energy weapons. The city continued to prosper and make commercial business boom.

Belkan War (March 14, 1995-June 6, 1995)

During the Belkan war, the turret network of laser cannons had the city completely defended. However, one day, a lone Belkan ace pilot and destroyed the attack threat of the laser system of Wesson under four minutes. The city began to fill with OSDF troops and Marines as the urban areas west of Belka began to militarize.

Present

Wesson continues to be an automotive hotspot and a commerce-friendly city with a healthy economic atmosphere. Wesson's laser defense system is being reconstructed as we speak. No other actions of the city's government have been confirmed.
